Replacement of Defective Products
Our quality control standards ensure that our products are nearly always defect-free. We will immediately replace any defective product, at no charge to the customer. However, please try to adjust the tracking on your VCR if a VHS tape appears to be defective. Sometimes the product is fine and this is all that's needed.
Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a product, we will refund the full price of your purchase, less shipping and handling charges. To obtain a refund:
- Call or email us for a return authorization number. Return the product postage prepaid in its original condition for a refund, credit or exchange, whichever you prefer.
- The return authorization number needs to be clearly marked on the package for us to accept the return. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days of receiving your product.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items, and the cost for us to ship exchanged items. We're sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D.s or packages returned without a return authorization number.
- If possible, please let us know the reason for the return so that we may continually improve our products.
